| Dr. Farber graduated summa cum laude in Psychology with a Bachelor of Science degree from the Honors College at Arizona State University, where he attended with a full academic scholarship. He was also the recipient of a full academic scholarship and the first to complete a Medical Scientist Training Program at the Medical College of Wisconsin, becoming a physician (MD) and a doctor of Pharmacology and Toxicology (PhD). He specialized in Anesthesiology and completed a fellowship in Pediatric Anesthesiology, winning several research and clinical awards at local and national levels along the way. Dr. Farber was the Chairman of the Pharmacy Committee, Medication Safety Committee and Alternative Medicine Committee at the Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin and the Director of Pediatric Anesthesiology Research. As an Associate Professor of Pharmacology & Toxicology, Anesthesiology and Pediatrics, Dr. Farber has taught medical students, graduate students, residents, fellows and other physicians in many areas of medicine and science in the United States and many other countries in the world. He has also taught medical ethics and done research and published in the area of conflict management. |
